At Necrotic Gnome, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure that your items are in their original, unopened packaging and that the return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside and ship them to our designated return warehouse using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
